Obama Vs. McCain? Then it's on like Donkey Kong!

Obama is all smiles since North Carolina followed South Carolina's path in securing a Democratic primary win for Sen. Barack Obama. The mainstream media--who has often shown nothing but love for Obama and all his warts--has primarily given Obama a free ride through the primary as he has stumped "hope" and "unification" but has shown us nothing but "separation" and "bitterness"-from his wife to his Pastor.

The MSM has now essentially declared Obama the winner of the Democratic nomination but there's something it appears to be missing. Nothing could be more beneficial to the Republican party than the Demowhits nominating the most far left liberal in the U.S. Senate. The Democratic party saw what happens when they nominate a troop degrading flaming liberal during the 2004 election. How do you think patriotic Americans on both sides of the aisle will react to Senator Barack Obama?

Obama is a man who fought against the born alive infant protection act, takes money from the likes of far left loonies Code Pink, has been thrown fundraisers by homegrown terrorists such a William Ayers and has received the eager endorsement of everyone from Hamas to Louis Farrakhan. These are feats that not even John Kerry managed to accomplish. While the mainstream media and sometimes even John McCain may be hesitant to drive home the obvious, don't think level headed Americans will hesitate to inform each other of the contradictions and "audacity" of Barack Obama.

Barack Obama is the winner you say? Bring it on liberals! Many of us still actually love America and will take the grown up route when it comes time to vote in November. It takes far than a "pretty" yet hypocritical speech to run America.

In fact, I have a donation request sitting on my kitchen table at this very moment from Sen. John McCain. Although McCain is not my ideal choice for the presidency, the day the Democratic party nominates B. Hussein Obama is the day I write the check and sign up to help him out. Don't think there are not more voters in America who are thinking the exact same thing.

Something's seriously not "Wright" with Oprah.

Newsweek magazine has a new article for its May 12, 2008 issue that studies talk show queen, Oprah Winfrey's reasons for leaving the church she once shared with Barack Obama-Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.

The article states that Winfrey left the church primarily due to the antics of Reverend Jeremiah Wright. However upon further inspection, it doesn't appear to be Wright's belligerent racism or his apparent hate for the country that has afforded Oprah so much opportunity that lead to her departure. It appears her concerns centered more around her bank account and the desire to start her own cultic movement.

Forbes ranked Oprah as the wealthiest women in entertainment and noted that she was the only "black female billionaire." They estimated her net worth at $1500 million and that she pockets an estimated $225 million annually from TV (including shows starring Dr. Phil McGraw and Rachael Ray, produced by Oprah's Harpo Productions), satellite radio, magazines and other multimedia endeavors.

Unlike her friend Obama, Oprah apparently preconceived the idea of what an alliance with Wright could possibly do to her public image and hence her empire.

"Oprah is a businesswoman, first and foremost," said one longtime friend, who requested anonymity when discussing Winfrey's personal sentiments. "She's always been aware that her audience is very mainstream, and doing anything to offend them just wouldn't be smart," states the Newsweek article.

Oprah did not have the same foresight when she jumped aboard the Obama campaign train that was reluctant to leave "Wright Station." She has been in constant backlash from her fans due to her campaign activities and loud support for the presidential campaign for Sen. Barack Obama. A simple search of the term "Oprah backlash" in Google will load hundreds of thousands of pages.

As for the spiritual side of Oprah, it appears that she left Trinity with plans to build her own "church" that centered less around the wacky beliefs of Jeremiah Wright's and more around the wacky beliefs of her own mind.

In conversations with a former business associate, who also asked for anonymity, Winfrey cited her fatigue with organized religion at the time of her departure from Trinity . "There is the Church of Oprah now," said her longtime friend. "She has her own following," the Newsweek article states.

Oprah now offers her followers online courses in her own new age religion that mostly centers around a book titled "A Course in Miracles. " The book was written by Dr. Helen Schucman, an atheist and psychologist, that wrote the course under the direction of an "inner voice."

She also uses her talk show as a pulpit for her beliefs. She recently told viewers that she doesn't believe there is one God, and is currently pushing and promoting study on a book that says man made God.

Long gone are the days of Oprah respectability.

Obama's Jewels: Michael Moore and More

As the bloody Democratic battle continues to wage, candidate Barack Obama continues to pick up endorsement jewels for his "King Liberal" crown.

Film maker Michael Moore, who praises Cuba's communist-controlled dilapidated health care system over the advanced system available in America, has said that he originally intended to remain neutral in the Democratic primary. Yet "was led to speak out after last week's debate in Philadelphia when Obama was questioned about his pastor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright."

In a written Obama endorsement, Moore further discussed the actions that lead to his epiphany.

"I've watched Senator Clinton and her husband play this game of appealing to the worst side of white people, but last Wednesday, when she hurled the name "Farrakhan" out of nowhere, well that's when the silly season came to an early end for me. She said the "F" word to scare white people, pure and simple," he said.

Former president Jimmy Carter, who recently returned from his brunch with Hamas, has also been hinting at an Obama endorsement. He has said that although he has made his decision he will not officially release the information until at least June 3. He also added, "my little town of Plains voted for Obama, and as you know my state of Georgia voted for Obama, and all of my children, all of my grandchildren, and all of their spouses are for Obama."

Fox News reported on Sunday that Carter has also teamed up with Al Gore for the task of sending a message to Obama's rival, Senator Hillary Clinton, that she should get lost.

"They’re in discussions," a source close to Carter reportedly told The Scotsman newspaper. "Carter has been talking to Gore. They will act, possibly together, or in sequence."

Dems Plan Lawsuit Over McCain's Withdrawal From Public Financing

The Democratic National Committee is planning to file suit against the Federal Election Commission Monday in an effort to examine Republican presidential candidate, John McCain’s right to withdraw from the public financing system for the primary.

The commission will have 60 days to respond. If the commission continues without a quorum, D.N.C. attorney Joe Sandler said they plan to ask the court for permission to file suit directly against McCain’s campaign.

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama previously said that he would use public financing for his general election campaign "if his opponent did as well." In reality this translates to: "Oh of course. I would love for taxpayers to foot the bill as long as the Republicans won't make an example out of me."

Edwards Endorsement as NC Primary Clock Ticks Down

On May 6th, 2008, North Carolinians will go to the polls and vote in the presidential primaries. The most recent "Real Clear Politics" NC poll average shows Democratic Sen. Barack Obama leading over Democratic Sen. Hillary Clinton 48.6 to 33.0. However as the primary clock ticks down, neither candidate is yet to receive the nod from North Carolina resident and former presidential candidate, John Edwards.

It is unclear how much, if any, impact an Edwards endorsement would bring to the primary table. However it is a coveted endorsement by both candidates as they face the primaries in Edward's home state. Both Senators Clinton and Barack Obama have stepped off the campaign trail to seek his support.

Even though Edward's wife Elizabeth strongly favors Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s universal health care proposal, she said Wednesday that neither she nor her husband would endorse a candidate for president soon.

Edwards has kept somewhat of a low profile since dropping off the presidential radar. However one should not be surprised if he is simply holding back for the sweetest deal and the moment when such an announcement is likely garner the most attention from the media.

At the moment, Edwards is free to sit back and enjoy the self-beneficial offers from each presidential candidate. It has been reported that Obama previously offered Edwards the possible position of U.S. Attorney General in exchange for the nod.

Odds are, the Edwards endorsement will be released a few weeks before the primary. If Edwards waits until after the primary, he looses a big bargaining chip to negotiate the fulfillment of his own interests.

The Wright Explanation for Godless Teachings

As a Christian who sees the Holy Bible as the complete word of God, I have been racking my brain to try to figure out how a pastor could take the Holy Bible and twist it to support separatism, racism and some of the other downright Godless beliefs adopted to by Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and The Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, IL. The problem was that I was not looking past the authority the Church claims to use.

Ryan Lizza wrote an article about Barack Obama's unlikely political education for the New Republic last year that gave insight to the spiritual past and education of the group.

After many lectures like this, Obama decided to take a second look at Wright's church. Older pastors warned him that Trinity was for "Buppies"--black urban professionals--and didn't have enough street cred. But Wright was a former Muslim and black nationalist who had studied at Howard and Chicago, and Trinity's guiding principles--what the church calls the "Black Value System"--included a "Disavowal of the Pursuit of 'Middleclassness.'"
The Holy Bible teaches that in order to become a Christian one is to leave their past misconceptions behind and find truth through the teachings of Christ. Apparently this is a practice that Wright, Obama and the Trinity Church has never put into action.

Instead of accepting the bible as full authority, they have brought forth the teachings of the Islamic religion and the beliefs of a "black nationalist" to form their own hybrid religion.

Moonbat Chatter-An Obama, Gore Ticket?

Democratic presidential candidate, Barack Obama has been vying for another jewel in his "King Liberal" crown since last year when he publicly posed an offer to Al Gore to join him in a "very senior capacity" as his "global warming" guru. Talk has heated up in the last fews weeks from analysts of a possible Obama-Gore ticket.

However there has also been comments saying the rumor is nothing more than attempt to sway attention from other areas of Obama's vulnerability.

"He’s trying to change the subject . . . and make him(self) the front-runner for the general election," said Republican strategist Holly Robichaud. "That’s good news for the GOP. For Republicans, it’s kind of a funny thing. We don’t like Al Gore. Once again it solidifies Obama’s image as the liberal’s liberal," she said.

On Sunday, London’s Sunday Telegraph, published a story claiming that former Gore campaign operatives have confirmed that his inner circle actually mapped out a plan for a Gore campaign last May, a strategy that now has a "sporting chance of coming true."

Although Gore has remained mostly silent on the issue, he has been seeking national attention since he crawled out from under his rock to fight the cause of "global warming." I have little doubt that if the opportunity actually presents itself, he will jump on it yelling and screaming while waiving a green flag.

Reverends Gone Wild-The Ongoing Pastor Saga In America

For years I have been trying to determine how people who call themselves Christians can justifiably vote for a candidate who represents a down right evil platform. A liberal’s support for such abominations as gay marriage, abortion and other issues are repulsive to and are directly in defiance to the word of God. I could never understand how a person can sit in church on Sunday morning and then go out the very next day to rally around a candidate or become a candidate who not only supports such issues but fights to promote them as well.

Although I myself am a sinner who often falls short of the glory of God, my vote against such evil practices are a no-brainer to me. I had previously theorized that the problem lies with the misconception of many that one only has to attend a church or believe that Jesus exists to be a Christian. While it is true we are not saved by works, this is a misconception that falls far short of true salvation and can lead to a path of damnation.

If the 2008 primary has taught me anything, it is this. The problem with political support for evil ideas is far greater than misconception in the pew, it can also be traced directly to the pulpit.

CA Senator Wants To End Laws Effecting Communist Educators

I once had an older friend that always referred to Democrats as "Communists"-sometimes with a four letter word before the title. I can't help but wonder what he would think about Sen. Alan Lowenthal of California.

Lowenthal, a state senator, is seeking to dismantle Cold War-era laws aimed at penalizing individuals who join the Communist Party. His proposed legislation goes before the Senate Education Committee on Wednesday and it would repeal statutes that allow teachers and other public employees to be fired from their jobs if they are communists.

He called the provisions "outdated" and "unconstitutional." "Being a member of the Communist Party in and of itself does not mean you advocate the overthrow of the government. It doesn’t mean we agree with them, but they’re not a threat to our survival," he said.

"At a time when California students are struggling to pass basic exams, Senator Lowenthal is focusing on communism — the very government system responsible for the deaths of an estimated 100 million people since its implementation,” said Meredith Turney, a legislative liaison with the Capitol Resource Family Impact.

“Communism is still a threat to us, and he wants to repeal laws that allow schools to fire educators who might be teaching such treason. His bill would actually allow the promotion of communism in California public schools,” Turney told FOXNews.com.

I have long lost touch with my elderly friend since moving away from my southern hometown. I can only guess what his reaction to this news would be. Odds are he would say something like "I told you so" and then maybe throw in a few more four letter words.

I can't say I would completely disagree. The line between the Communist and Democratic parties appears to be fading more each and every day.

Saddam Picked Up Tab For Dem Congressional Trip

On Wednesday the unsealed Justice Department indictment against Muthanna Al-Hanooti-a top official for a Detroit based Muslim charity called Life for Relief-reflects that Saddam Hussein’s principal foreign intelligence paid for a 2002 widely criticized visit to Iraq by three House Democrats.

Al-Hanooti is charged with conspiring to act as an agent of the Iraqi government, violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act by illegally obtaining the Iraqi oil contract, and three counts of making false statements to FBI agents.

Al-Hanooti, who was arrested at Detroit Metropolitan Airport Tuesday night after returning from a trip to the Middle East is said to have planned and organized the trip of House Democrats Jim McDermott of Washington State, Mike Thompson of California and the now retired David E. Bonior of Michigan.

All three congressional members making the trip were against a war with Iraq and McDermott charged that President George W. Bush was willing to "mislead the American people" about the need for war.

Republicans blasted the delegation members at the time claiming that they sounded like spokesmen for the Iraqi government. Apparently their reflections were not too far fetched.

No Escape for Pelosi When Dems Eat Their Own

The Democratic party's effort to eat its own as it implodes from within has not spared Speaker Nancy Pelosi from the action. A group of wealthy Dems supporting Hillary Clinton's campaign for the presidency has sent a warning letter to Pelosi regarding her recent comments about how superdelegates should base their support decision.

Pelosi has not officially endorsed either Sen. Barack Obama or Sen. Hillary Clinton for the nomination. However she recently stated in a ABC interview that "If the votes of the superdelegates overturn what's happened in the elections, it would be harmful to the Democratic party." The statement was widely reported as a boost to the Obama campaign since he is currently leading in pledged delegates.

The donors indirectly threatened Pelosi's purse strings as "strong supporters of the DCCC" and urged her to "clarify" her position with "a more open view ."
