Ahmadinejad Warns Israel's Destruction Is Coming Soon

If one bothers to listen, he will quickly find that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran is once again warning us of his plan for destruction.

Granted, the man is a total looney tune. Yet this total looney tune is making his very serious intentions clear-over and over again. He is hell bent on destroying Israel and a "peace accord" is the last thing on his mind.

Ahmadinejad said Tuesday that Israel would "be soon swept away" from the "Palestinian Territories" by the "Palestinians." It is the second time within less than three years that the Iranian president predicted the eradication of the Jewish state.

"This terrorist and criminal state is backed by foreign powers, but this regime would soon be swept away by the Palestinians," he said in a press conference in Tehran.

When speaking of the celebrations of Israel's 60th birthday, he said that "it would be futile to hold a birthday ceremony for something which is already dead," and stated that the anniversary feasts could not save its "rotten and stinking corpse."

What will it take the world to wake up about the seriousness of Ahmadinejad's intentions? A nuclear bomb in the heart of Jerusalem or New York City? If anything, we should be thankful that he is crazy enough to give us the heads up in advanced and use it to our advantage.

Nothing is more dangerous that a brainwashed religious zealot with a weapon and a mission. President Ahmadinejad will become the ultimate proof of this statement if he is allowed to go nuclear. He not only wants to destroy what he calls the "Great Satan" and "Little Satan"--as he calls America and Israel--he sees it as his religious duty.

Iran Ups Ante Over Nuclear Program and Iraq

Iran wants to make sure that the world knows that they still have every intent to go nuclear as soon as possible regardless of any international pressure. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said Sunday that Iran will continue its nuclear program despite Western efforts to thwart it with sanctions. "No threat can hinder the Iranian nation from its path," he said.

Furthermore Iran said it would not hold a new round of talks with the U.S. on security in Iraq until American forces end their current "assault against Shiite militias. "We believe the talks will not be held given the current situation (in Iraq)," Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini told reporters during his weekly press briefing Sunday.

Iran Aims To Share Nuclear Technology With All Muslim States

Iranian judiciary chief Ayatollah Mahmoud Hashemi Shahroudi told leaders of the Gulf Arab state of Qatar on Wednesday that his country was willing to share its nuclear technology expertise with all Muslim states.

"Iran is determined to make the best use of this technology not only for Iran but also for all Muslim states," Shahroudi told a news conference in the Qatari capital Doha.

According to the Iranian Student News Agency, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sung the same song at his recent meeting with the Philippines foreign minister, Alberto Romulo. He added that Iran resists against the "bullies pressures" and "intends to give the right of using peaceful nuclear technology back to nations."

Peaceful? Yeh right. I'm sure peace in the middle east is exactly what they have in mind.

Déjà Vu: Iranian Boat Vs. U.S.S. Naval Ship in Persian Gulf

The Jerusalem Post has reported a new incident of an Iranian boat playing a game of chicken with a U.S. Naval ship in the Persian Gulf.

The USS Typhoon tried unsuccessfully to establish radio contact with the Iranian boat after it came within an estimated 180 meters of the Typhoon on Thursday, outside Iranian territorial waters. A Navy official said Friday the ship then fired the flare and continued on its way without incident.
I wonder if the Navy official attempting to make contact with the Iranian boat borrowed Mike Huckabee's line regarding the last confrontation?

"Be prepared, first, to put your sights on the American vessel. And then be prepared that the next thing you see will be the gates of Hell, because that is exactly what you will see after that."

Have the WMD's of Iraq finally been found?

Why did the U.S. fail to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq after the invasion? Was it because they did not exist to begin with as so many liberals have gleefully claimed? The answer may be "no" according to a report from The Jerusalem Post. The weapons may have simply been relocated to Syria prior to the invasion.

An upcoming joint US-Israel report on the September 6 IAF strike on a Syrian facility will claim that former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein transferred weapons of mass destruction to the country, Channel 2 stated Monday.

Furthermore, according to a report leaked to the TV channel, Syria has arrested 10 intelligence officials following the assassination of Hizbullah terror chief Imad Mughniyeh.
The possibility of Iran's Syrian buddies having their hands on Saddam's toys is scary-to say the least.

Russia's Christmas Present for America

If there is any question of where Russia's loyalties lie, recent reports should clarify the situation.

According to Fox news, Russia is selling Iran a new and sophisticated air defense system that experts say is capable of dealing a serious blow against would-be attackers.

The new S-300 air defense system signals growing military cooperation between Moscow and Tehran, Iranian Defense Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar said Wednesday.

Russia celebrated the Christmas holiday by test firing three missiles including the successful test firing of a new hybrid intercontinental ballistic missile the Russians are claiming can outwit any anti-missile system.

If history repeats itself, welcome to the new cold war. However, this time it appears Russia has found an even nuttier partner in crime.

The New-clear News On Iran

As liberals prepare to sit around the campfire and sing Kumbaya with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran, it is time for a reality check.

There are some facts that have not changed regarding Iran.

Iran has sponsored terrorism against U.S. soldiers fighting the war in Iraq.

Arms believed to have been manufactured in Iran as recently as last year have turned up in Sunni-majority areas as well as in the hands of Shiite extremists.

Iran obviously has nuclear ambitions.

In Feb. 2003, inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations nuclear watchdog agency, found evidence that Iran had secretly begun enriching uranium and it has continued to do so to date, regardless of warnings and sanctions.

Iran has proved that it has blueprints for nuclear warheads and even handed over some of the copies to the IAEA.

How did they get them? According to former US Justice Department official Mark Levin, at least some of these plans were provided by former U.S. President Bill Clinton in a harebrained scheme called Operation Merlin.

During Operation Merlin the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency under the approval of Bill Clinton turned over flawed plans for a "firing set" for a nuclear weapon to the Iranians through an unnamed scientist who was a defector from the Soviet Union.

The Russian was told by CIA officers that the Iranians already had the technology detailed in the plans and that the ruse was simply an attempt by the agency to find out the full scope of Tehran's nuclear knowledge.

But, contrary to orders not to open the packet, he added a note which made it clear he could help fix the flaws for money.

Mark Levin, director of the Landmark Legal Foundation, said that thanks to Clinton Iran was able to "leapfrog one of the last remaining engineering hurdles blocking its path to a nuclear weapon."

Iran is still lead by a total nut job.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran, who denies the holocaust, has threatened to wipe Israel off the map on several occasions. He has also said that, “Anybody who recognizes Israel will burn in the fire of the Islamic nation's fury.” The only thing that could possibly bring about such a threat is a nuclear weapon.

Iran doesn't yet have Nuclear weapons. So what? Neither does Al-Qaeda at the moment or we would already be toast. That doesn't mean that they don't continue to be a terrorist threat that is actively seeking the opportunity to obtain them.

Lieberman Warns of Dangers and Pelosi Seeks To Cut Iraq Funding

During a speech at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies on November 08, 2007, Sen. Joe Lieberman of Connecticut gave a speech that hits at the very core of America's greatest security risk.

"For many Democrats, the guiding conviction in foreign policy isn't pacifism or isolationism, it is distrust and disdain of Republicans in general, and President Bush in particular," he said.

He also spoke about the dangers of Democratic leaders bowing to the unrealistic antics of the far left.
"There is likewise something profoundly wrong when we see candidates who are willing to pander to this politically paranoid, hyper-partisan sentiment in the Democratic base, even if it sends a message of weakness and division to the Iranian regime," he said.

Today Nancy Pelosi is expected to once again push for a vote that would remove troops from Iraq where Iran appears to be fighting a proxy war with the U.S. Her aim is to dramatically cut funding that would necessitate an immediate draw down of troops. She said she would end Bush's belief that congress was the "ATM" for this war.

The war in Vietnam cost
us approximately 58,000 lives and approximately 350,000 casualties and was not lost on a foreign battlefield. America lost the war in its own capitol city and America's enemies are well aware of this fact.

It appears that once again a foreign foe is enjoying the benefits of representation in Washington due to the selfish interests of a disillusioned few.

Bush Rakes Dems and Sounding War Drums Against Iran?

President George W. Bush went on live television October 30, 2007 and successfully raked congressional Dems over the coals for failing to send him any budget legislation to provide for the troops.

"The House of Representatives has wasted valuable time on a constant stream of investigations, and the Senate has wasted valuable time on an endless series of failed votes to pull our troops out of Iraq," Bush said. He also blasted their ongoing determination to raise taxes by saying that "I haven't seen a bill they could not solve without shoving a tax hike into it. In other words, the believe in raising taxes, and we don't."

Bush's latest request for funding contains an $88 million dollar appropriation to the Defense Department to retrofit B-2 Stealth bombers so they can carry 30,000-pound “bunker busters” which has the capacity to destroy deep underground targets.

Stealth Bombers are known for their ability to go undetected by radar and this has analysts wondering why such action is necessary if they are to be used in Iraq and Afghanistan where America has command over the skies. These types of bombers could more appropriately be used for a strike against subterranean nuclear enrichment facilities in Iran.

Israeli intelligence has been warning America about Iran's intention to develop a nuclear weapon for over a decade and a Zogby International poll released October 29, 2007 says that 52% of American voters support a military strike against Iran.

The real question? Are we too late and what price will we pay for our prolonged instance of reasoning with those that are unreasonable.

Iran Steps Up Rhetoric and Attempts To Sway Turkey

In attempts to sway support from Turkey, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki insisted on Sunday that "terrorist activities" have increased in northern Iraq since "foreign forces" arrived there. He also said that from the Iranian point of view, Washington is the mastermind of the Kurdish "terrorist attacks" on Turkey and that it is being done with Israeli support.

Turkey Foreign Minister Ali Babacan, whom was in Iran asking for their support against attacks by Kurtish rebels, expressed gratitude for Iran's cooperation but did not back accusations against the U.S. and Israel, which are allies of Turkey.

The U.S. Military says that the 107mm rocket fired upon a U.S. base southeast of Baghdad on October 23rd was made in Iran sometime in March. I believe this discovery to be far more telling of where responsibility lies for instability and terrorism in Iraq.

Move On. Org Now Lobbying On Behalf of Iran

Move On. Org is now raising money via its site to wage a campaign to stop the United States from action against Iran. It quotes that it will use the funds "to convince political leaders and editorial boards..." and "run ads challenging the Administration. And we'll press Congress to stand up to Bush."

This comes as The Bush Administration imposed new sanctions on Iran to cut off their military and banking institutions from the American financial systems due to suspected support for terrorism and nuclear weapons ambitions.

Move On.Org is the same organization that launched attack adds in venues such as The New York Times against decorated military officer General Petraeus, calling him "General Betray Us".

It also has claimed to own the Democratic Party. In a 2004 email signed by members of The Move On Team it stated "Now it's our Party: we bought it, we own it, and we're going to take it back.” Its claims are apparently right on target.

Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John Edwards have made no moves to denounce the activities of MoveOn.org or their slandering ads. To date, Move On.Org proudly displays written letters from various members of the Democratic Party asking for support from the organization.

Even Hillary Clinton recently voted to declare Iran's Revolutionary guards a terrorist organization. What does this make Move On.Org?
