The Goods On Hillary Further General Election Mess For Dems

Dick Morris first worked for Bill and Hillary Clinton during Bill's 1978 successful bid for Governor of Arkansas. Morris continued serving as an advisor to the Clintons all the way to Bill's stint in the oval office. If you want the goods on Democratic presidential Hillary Clinton, he is the man to go to.

Morris is in no way shy about providing information on Hillary. In a recent article coauthored by Eileen McGann, he compiled a list of Hillary's "admitted lies" and stated that she "simply cannot tell the truth."

Here is a look at Hillary's scoreboard according to the article.

• Chelsea was jogging around the Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. (She was in bed watching it on TV.)
• Hillary was named after Sir Edmund Hillary. (She admitted she was wrong. He climbed Mt. Everest five years after her birth.)
• She was under sniper fire in Bosnia. (A girl presented her with flowers at the foot of the ramp.)
• She learned in The Wall Street Journal how to make a killing in the futures market. (It didn't cover the market back then.)

"Whoppers She Won't Confess To"

• She didn't know about the FALN pardons.
• She didn't know that her brothers were being paid to get pardons that Clinton granted.
• Taking the White House gifts was a clerical error.
• She didn't know that her staff would fire the travel office staff after she told them to do so.
• She didn't know that the Peter Paul fundraiser in Hollywood in 2000 cost $700,000 more than she reported it had.
• She opposed NAFTA at the time.
• She was instrumental in the Irish peace process.
• She urged Bill to intervene in Rwanda.
• She played a role in the '90s economic recovery.
• The billing records showed up on their own.
• She thought Bill was innocent when the Monica scandal broke.
• She was always a Yankees fan.
• She had nothing to do with the New Square Hasidic pardons (after they voted for her 1,400-12 and she attended a meeting at the White House about the pardons).
• She negotiated for the release of refugees in Macedonia (who were released the day before she got there).
Hillary is obviously less than honest. However the problems of the Democratic party extend well beyond Hillary.

Barack Obama also portrays a less-than-honest nature. His whole campaign has been one big stump for "change" and unification. Yet he adheres to a cult-like theological doctrine that promotes separatism and calls for a change that is downright scary.

He also represents an extreme-left view in the Democratic party. As a state senator in Illinois he rallied against the "Illinois Born Alive Infant Protection Act" that was brought forth to protect the murder of children who survived an abortion attempt to be born alive. Even Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer of California who is known for her extreme left views refused to oppose the issue when it was brought forth in the U.S. Senate and said that it "certainly does not attack Roe v. Wade."

Any way you look at it, the Democratic party has found itself in an absolute mess in regards to finding a good general election candidate for the presidency. How any conscientious voter could willingly vote for either during the event, is beyond my understanding.

Standing In The Political Gap For Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr

A truly sickening site is the bending and twisting God's word and a man's morals to fit a political agenda. Yet it happens time and time again and in the center often stands the memory of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

During the South Carolina primary, Democratic presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama did so on a national stage. The Obama camp supporters accused Hillary Clinton of diminishing King's roll in Civil Rights. Camp Hillary supporters accused the Obama camp of trying to unjustly flair racial tensions in order to obtain a vote.

In reality they both pollute the memory of Dr. King. Both have driven their message to race in order to obtain a vote in defiance of King's desire for an even playing field where people are not judged by the color of their skin.

Ironically, according to an article by Francis Rice posted on the site of the National Black Republicans, Dr. King was "fighting the Democrats who stood in the school house doors, turned skin-burning fire hoses on blacks and let loose vicious dogs."

Rice also says that "it was the Democrats who fought to keep blacks in slavery and passed the discriminatory Black Codes and Jim Crow laws. The Democrats started the Ku Klux Klan to lynch and terrorize blacks. The Democrats fought to prevent the passage of every civil rights law beginning with the civil rights laws of the 1860's, and continuing with the civil rights laws of the 1950's and 1960's."

However one of the biggest defiance of MLK's morals by both Clinton, Obama and the Democratic party as whole is its support for abortion. Dr. Alveda King (MLK's niece) used an appearance at a Black History Month event in Washington, DC, to reject the claim that her famous uncle supported abortion rights for women.

"I don't want anybody to be confused by thinking that Dr. King could condone the violent death of the little babies, and the violent consequences that women suffer," she said. "I'm post-abortive myself. I've suffered ... and it was a secret in my family for too long. And so now we’re here today to speak out on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves. Abortion is a racist, genocidal act."

Dr. Alveda King acknowledged that MLK accepted an award from Planned Parenthood in 1966 but said it was only because the abortion group had a "hidden agenda" at the time.

Planned Parenthood no longer has a hidden agenda and Sen. Barack Obama recently pledged that when it comes to abortion rights he "will not yield and Planned Parenthood will not yield."

The Democratic party as a whole has done a significant job of painting itself as the party for African Americans when in reality it exploits them.

It's time for all of God's people and Americans as whole to come together in a society that refuses to be defined by the misleading agenda-driven party labels.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr was a follower of Jesus Christ and the Holy Bible. The guide for his life wisely states: There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Reality Check-Barack Obama On Abortion

It appears Obama tries to reach out to Christian voters unlike many of his Democratic counterparts. He stumps churches, claims to be a Christian and even allowed one of his twin daughters to utter the liberally offensive phrase "Merry Christmas" on his "holiday greeting" video.

So out of sheer curiosity , I scoured Obama's official website for his views on one of the most important issues for most Christian voters-abortion. I could not find a clear cut answer. So I went on a digging mission to find out where he truly stands.

He appears to approve abortion in any and all circumstances.

Here are just some of the shocking facts obtained at On The Issues which reflects his beliefs.

1. Supports and voted against banning partial birth abortion.
2. Promotes and votes in favor of embryonic stem cell research and expansion of the number of stem cell lines available for research.
3. For almost a decade, Obama was a leader in the Illinois legislature in the battle to protect a woman's right to choose and promote equal economic rights and opportunities for obtaining abortions.
4. Obama has a 0% by the NRLC on abortion issues.

In Barack Obama's book, The Audacity of Hope, he spoke about his encounter with a Christian voter with whom he discussed his views on abortion.

Below is the excerpt.

[An abortion protester at a campaign event] handed me a pamphlet. "Mr. Obama, I know you're a Christian, with a family of your own. So how can you support murdering babies?"

I told him I understood his position but had to disagree with it. I explained my belief that few women made the decision to terminate a pregnancy casually; that any pregnant woman felt the full force of the moral issues involved when making that decision; that I feared a ban on abortion would force women to seek unsafe abortions, as they had once done in this country. I suggested that perhaps we could agree on ways to reduce the number of women who felt the need to have abortions in the first place.

"I will pray for you," the protester said. "I pray that you have a change of heart." Neither my mind nor my heart changed that day, nor did they in the days to come. But that night, before I went to bed, I said a prayer of my own-that I might extend the same presumption of good faith to others that had been extended to me.

When it comes to Christian voters or anyone else who opposes abortion, Barack Obama is obviously a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Huckabee Takes A Different Road From Rivals On Abortion And More.

Mike Huckabee took a die hard conservative stance to separate himself from other candidates on the issue of abortion and more on November 18 with Fox News.

It's the logic of the Civil War," Huckabee said comparing abortion rights to slavery. "If morality is the point here, and if it's right or wrong, not just a political question, then you can't have 50 different versions of what's right and what's wrong. For those of us for whom this is a moral question, you can't simply have 50 different versions of what's right," he said in an interview on "Fox News Sunday."

Huckabee said he was taken aback by the National Right to Life Committee's recent endorsement of Fred Thompson. "Fred's never had a 100 percent record on right to life in his Senate career. The records reflect that. And he doesn't support the human life amendment which is most amazing because that's been a part of the Republican platform since 1980," he said.

The media has been riding the "value voters aren't happy" horse for quite some time. However as Mike Huckabee continues to surge in the polls, including his battle for the lead in Iowa, some in the media may be forced to dismount.

Huckabee
has the advantage of taking the die hard conservative stance on moral issues and other issues and has a voting record to back it up.

He opposes "amnesty" for illegal immigrates and is a strong supporter of second amendment rights. He is not attached to a religion that make some voters weary and has taken the strong road when it comes to his views on fighting terrorism.

All of these die-hard conservative stances puts him in contrast to the majority of the Republican presidential hopefuls in one way or the other.

If conservative voters ever actually felt a void of representation within the GOP, they may have just found their knight in shining armor.

Pat Robertson's Endorsment of Giuliani Not So Crazy

Much has been said about Pat Robertson's endorsement of Rudy Giuliani. He has been called every thing from crazy to a sell out.

I am pro-life without exception. I believe that abortion is legalized murder and there is no way around that fact. As the gravest injustice in America, it should officially be made illegal once and for all.

However I'm going to give an opinion that will most likely have most of my readers thinking I have lost it as well.

Pat's endorsement is not so crazy and he's not selling out. I hope you will allow me the opportunity to explain how I got there.

A lot of the people who are saying these things have never actually had the opportunity to meet Rudy Giuliani. There's a lot of things you can tell about a person from meeting them in person versus reading press reports and seeing them on television.

I have had the opportunity to meet and hear Rudy Giuliani speak on two separate occasions. Each time he struck me as nothing but sincere.

He insisted that he hated abortions and hence as mayor of New York City he took actions that made adoptions easier and abortion levels fell. He said that although he does not feel that he has a right to dictate abortion or choose for a woman from a federal level, he is not opposed to it being decided on a state level by others. He also promised that he would not provide a litmus test to seek out pro-choice judges and would simply aspire to appoint strict conservative judges. Over and over again he came off as a person that had no intention of pushing a pro-choice agenda.

How is this stance much different from that of Fred Thompson?

Fred Thompson recently said the following on "Meet The Press" regarding this issue. "People ought to be free, at state and local levels, to make decisions even Fred Thompson disagrees with,” he said. “That's what freedom is about."

Recently Fred Thompson received The National Right To Life endorsement. I'm yet to find someone calling them crazy.

Giuliani also insisted time and time again that he believes that marriage is between a man and a woman and that he would take a stand to protect it. Yet this is another reason that Robertson has been ridiculed for his support of Giuliani.

Call me crazy but I believe Giuliani too. When I look into the man's eyes, it's not a liar I see and I wish I could say that about a lot more politicians.

As a Christian Conservative, Rudi Giuliani is not my first choice. However when you consider the things above and throw in his tough stance on terrorism and his determination for the protection of Israel, he becomes a reasonable candidate for Christian voters.

One thing is for certain. Any of the Republican candidates would do a better job at representing the values of Christian voters than the most conservative Democratic candidate.

Watch the two videos below as Pat Robertson explains his endorsement. It sounds like some of the very same shocking statements I gave at home after returning from my first encounter with Rudi Giuliani.

Fred Thompson Takes A Surprising Stance On Abortion and Marriage

In a recent interview with Tim Russert on Meet The Press, Thompson came out with more of a libertarian view on social issues such abortion and marriage than that of a socially conservative Republican.

"People ought to be free, at state and local levels, to make decisions even Fred Thompson disagrees with,” he said. “That's what freedom is about."

This aligns him to essentially the same position as GOP hopeful Ron Paul. Dr. Paul also has a strong voting record on pro-life measures and believes that marriage is between a man and woman. However he also feels that this an issue is that is better left up to individual states and that it is not an issue of the federal constitution.

It also aligns him with a similar position of GOP hopeful Rudy Giuliani who has been slammed constantly by conservatives for his social views. Giuliani has often stated that he believes marriage is between a man and a woman and that he personally despises abortion. However he does not feel that it is his right to dictate or decide such matters on a federal level.

Mike Huckabee called Thompson's statements on the show "disappointing and disheartening for those who were expecting him to be a solid voice for conservatives." Huckabee also said that he would "fight for passage of a human life amendment" and also added that as governor for the state of Arkansas he "successfully led efforts to promote a human life amendment and marriage amendment."

This may be seen as quite troubling for value voters that think of Thompson as a socially conservative gem. Thompson appears to be more of a diamond in the rough for this voting block.

Pro-Life Perspective: The Next Generation

By Derrick Jones

On June 11, National Right to Life began podcasting our daily five-minute radio program, Pro-Life Perspective, via our new web site at www.prolifeperspective.com.

Pro-Life Perspective debuted more than 20 years ago. Since that time, we have aired over 5,800 episodes.

June marks a new chapter for Pro-Life Perspective as we join the world of "podcaster." For those of you unfamiliar with the term "podcasting," you are not alone.

Podcasting is a term born of the increasingly popular iPod music player (Note: you do not need an iPod music player to take advantage of podcasting.) Podcasting is simply a shorthand way of saying that you will be able to download episodes of Pro-Life Perspective directly to your computer and re-listen to them at your leisure. A secondary advantage is that if you have a digital music player, you can also transfer episodes from your computer to your music player and listen to us on the go.

One of the most important advantages of podcasting is that you can e-mail links to individual episodes to friends and neighbors who might not have heard a particular episode on the radio. This allows you to help spread the pro-life message even further within your communities.
In addition to the podcasts, www.prolifeperspective.com will feature links to resource materials discussed in our program. The new web site will also provide quick links to the wonderful resources available on National Right to Life's web site at www.nrlc.org.

By providing resource links and quick links to nrlc.org, we hope that you will find the information you need to enhance your pro-life work quickly and easily.

Pro-Life Perspective will continue to air daily on Christian radio stations across the country. We are grateful to all of the stations that air Pro-Life Perspective and help us spread the pro-life message. We hope that these enhancements to our program will not only assist grassroots pro-lifers with their work, but will also assist our station partners in expanding their pro-life ministry.

For more than 30 years, National Right to Life has been the premier resource for timely, accurate information on issues facing the pro-life movement. With the debut of www.prolifeperspective.com and our first podcast, we look forward to spreading that information even further.
